Grid Balancing Solutions (FCR/aFRR)

TenneT, the Dutch national grid operator, has certified Greener’s battery systems for grid balancing solutions. Besides the Frequency Containment Reserve (FCR – R1), the mobile Greener batteries are also able to participate in the automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve (aFRR – R2) bidding.

We are always looking for partners who can give us access to the energy grid. Grid connections from 630 KVA up to a few megawatts are ideal for charging our batteries and connecting them to these energy markets. If you have a location, please contact us.

Fast deployment

Our batteries are easy to set up. After arriving on site they can be running within minutes.

24/7 monitored & operated

The batteries are remotely monitored and operated, giving maximum comfort.

Simple integration

Integration with other energy assets like solar panels, grid connections or diesel generators is no problem.

Off grid deployment

You need a hybrid set-up when there is no grid connection and when 336 kWh is insufficient. Our system controls the diesel generator, resulting in 80% less diesel running hours and 60% fuel savings.

318 kVA power

When our batteries are used as a stand-alone power source, they provide 318 kVA and 336 kWh of clean energy.

Peak Shaving

For high capacity power projects our batteries can be used for peak shaving on existing grid connections: the base electric capacity comes from the grid, and our batteries deliver the power peaks.
