Delivery of grid expansion
NX Filtration is currently expanding their membrane production plant in Enschede. For this project, high electricity peaks are necessary, however the available grid connection is too small to deliver the high-power demand. To ensure a start of construction on schedule without the risk of a power failure, a different solution had to be found.
Guaranteed operations without fossil fuels
With the mobile battery by Greener, NX Filtration has been able to begin with the project as planned. The battery is set up as a peak shaver and therefore absorbs all electricity peaks when the grid connection is not sufficient. The battery therefore only supplies additional power when necessary and charges itself up again when the power consumption decreases. Operations can proceed without interruptions and without a reliance on fossil fuels.
We deliver nanofiltration membranes for clean and sustainable water. Greener’s battery system helps us to also power the scale-up of our production facilities in a sustainable way.
