Producing kitchens at full speed
Together with provider of energy services Fudura, we ensured that De Keuken Groep, the mother company of Bruynzeel Keukens en Keller Keukens, is no longer limited by the full energy network. Thanks to an energy meter, 2 batteries and a customized Energy Management System, the Keukenfabriek in Bergen op Zoom can produce kitchens at full speed again.
The energy meter on the transformer communicates with 2 batteries that are arranged in parallel. Does De Keuken Groep need more than 2100 kW? Then our batteries deliver. When the power demand is lower than 2100 kW, the batteries will charge. The energy demand therefore never exceeds 2100 kW.
Batteries will soon balance the power grid at night
Soon, we will use our batteries at De Keuken Groep even smarter during the nights. De Keuken Groep then does not need any extra capacity from the batteries. That is why we use the power of the batteries to trade on the imbalance market. To be continued!
