Voltage dips
Production company Live Legends was unable to live-stream content reliably due to grid instability. Frequent drops in grid voltage could not be avoided by the local network operator.
Live Legends called Greener on a Saturday afternoon, asking to solve the problem of voltage dips as quickly as possible.
Using a battery to counteract voltage dips
Within two hours of the call being made, the live stream was stable again. A battery was installed between the power grid and the live-streaming equipment, ensuring a constant power supply without any drops in voltage.
When the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in early 2020, Live Legends quickly moved to offer live-streaming of conferences and other events. Broadcasting every single frame as a fluent HD stream requires the processing power of a lot of servers. Thanks to our batteries and technology, these servers are now being powered at a stable voltage.
