Key Results
During this project Greener batteries saved 30.6 tons of CO2 emissions that would otherwise have been emitted from diesel generators. And, because our batteries are both clean and quiet, there were no complaints from the neighbourhood.
Problem: insufficient grid connection
Getting an expansion to a grid connection can often take a long time. To solve this problem, a Greener battery can be used to increase the existing power infrastructure until the new connection is installed.
Solution: battery support
We solved this problem for a large supermarket in Nijmegen in the South of the Netherlands, which had an 80 amp grid connection that was no longer sufficient.
Our battery was used for seven weeks to increase the grid connection until the final 160 amp connection was installed.
We needed a turnkey energy solution while waiting for the network operator to connect us to the grid. Not only did Greener take care of the whole process, but they also provided a zero-emissions solution!
