To help us achieve our goals, we’ve created the Greener Power Pack – a set of core values that we live and breathe every day. These values guide us towards success. It’s the backbone of our culture, shaping our decisions, work and behaviour towards others.

It unites us as a team and ensures consistency across our organisation. The Power Pack reminds us of what we stand for and what we strive to achieve at Greener.

We make it happen

Our team doesn’t just show up to work. We’re on a mission to shake things up and make a real impact. With our goal-oriented approach, we add significant value to our work, ensuring it is meaningful and impactful. That way, we stay ahead of the curve, shaping the future of our industry.

With a clear roadmap to success, we take bold and decisive actions to turn our vision into reality. We proactively solve challenges head-on, as if they were our own business and we never shy away from taking ownership of our results. Also, we encourage each other to seek help when needed and offer help without hesitation.

Of course, we’re not perfect and we know it. But we’ll do our best to not micromanage the details of others’ work to achieve our desired results. Plus, we try not to overly focus on achieving results or expect too much from ourselves.

We are curious

Curiosity makes us who we are. We don’t settle for the status quo – we ask questions and challenge ourselves, each other and the things we do. We continually reflect, learn and grow, because we believe that this is key to making a real impact – building a brighter, greener future together.

When we are at our best, we challenge assumptions and push for next- level sustainable solutions. We also make individual growth and development a top priority. We take ownership of our career paths with Greener’s support. Besides that, we value open-mindedness. We see diverse perspectives and backgrounds as a strength. Embracing change and learning new skills are essential for pushing ourselves and our company forward.

But watch out for the Red Zone – that’s when we’re relying on our manager or Greener to drive our personal growth, or change things just for the sake of it, without any clear direction.

We are open and frank

We prioritise clear communication to foster trust, transparency and effective collaboration. In a positive work environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing without fear of judgment, we can truly grow.

To practice clarity in our interactions, we set clear expectations, encourage open dialogue and actively listen instead just waiting to speak. We proactively and courageously address issues to avoid letting these linger. Also, we are mindful of others’ feelings. We use respectful language and behaviour that is in line with our values and give feedback with the intention of helping each other develop.

We steer clear of toxic behaviours like playing games or politics, or giving feedback solely to vent frustration – because who has time for that when there’s important work to be done?

We energise together

We believe in the power of teamwork. That’s why you’ll often hear us refer to ourselves as the “Greener family” – it reflects our culture of collaboration, support and respect. As a close-knit team, we share countless experiences and help each other by leveraging our collective strengths to crush challenges and achieve our goals.

We’re all about “we” instead of “I”, celebrating successes as a team and learning from failures to keep on growing.

We’ve got each other’s backs. We value each team member’s unique personality and encourage an environment where everyone can be themselves. We love to joke around and have fun while getting things done. Kindness and compassion are our jam: we take the time to genuinely ask “How are you?”.

Besides, we enter the Red Zone if we lose balance between having fun and performing, and if we experience our fun activities as a commitment.
